Olo Belamir
Character's Age:
45
Character's Gender:
Male
Character's Race:
Karro
Characters Realm:
Draum
Alignment:
Good
Character Class:
Guard
Character's Appearance:
Olo stands about 6’1”, and he weighs 150. His eyes are like murky brown pools, his hair consists of shoulder length green vines. His skin is a pale brown, with splotches of green in various places, mostly his face. A few leaves and twigs protrude from his neck and upper torso. Patches of moss drape from his legs, and tops of his bare feet.
Olo is garbed in a sleeveless tunic made of tightly woven vines, and a pair of pants cut at the knees, woven of many different vegetations. Around his neck he wears an circular amulet carved of simple maple. The amulet is engraved with a tree, it’s branches reaching upward towards the sky. Olo doesn’t wear anything to cover his rough feet. On his back is his trusted long bow made of white oak, and a quiver filled with arrows. And slung on his hip is his Mythril dagger he mostly uses for carving.
Character's Personality:
Olo despite his young age is fiercely devoted to protecting the forest, a trait gained from his family. He is kind natured, and laid back, sometimes goofing off. He is very patient, and often serene. He enjoys the tranquility of the outdoors. Olo sometimes spends time with villagers and other Karro that are similar to him, and share some of the same intrests.
Olo is very wise and cunning, but he still lacks a better judgment. He can act irrationally when his beloved forest is at stake. Usually he follows his first instinct, without thinking twice. Belamir is very devoted to his studies of the forest, it’s plants, and it’s other life. Over all the young Karro is kind and caring showing compassion for his forest and the creatures that dwell there.
Character's History:
As strife and conflict continued to brew around the forests of Draum all remained peaceful in the deep woodland. Children were born starting a new generation, one of these children was a young boy named Olo Belamir. The boy was no different than most of the other children, except for the fact that he came from a better recognized family, the Belamirs.
They were the forests finest guardians. Looking over it day and night, showing care and devotion for each individual inhabiting it, no matter how big or small. Olo was taught just like the rest of his ancestors were, forced to study about the forest. However Olo loved reading about his homeland, he carried guides and books everywhere. Even as he explored the borders of his vast homeland he stopped to read.
As he grew older he grew stronger, and was able to help keep vigilant watch over the forest. Young Belamir was ecstatic about being able to take to the field of duty. But before his first real job he had to make his first bow, so he was given a Mythril dagger passed down from his ancestors.
Olo spent many vigorous days carving his bow. He chose the wood carefully, a sturdy white oak. After he finished the basics he added his design that separated his bow from the rest. The design was thousands of intertwining vines, and leaves covering the whole bow except for his grip.
As Olo continued to grow and learn he became fairly renown for following in the footsteps of his family, but something about him stood out rather it was his ability as one of the forests guardians or something more no one knew, but soon the all the four realms will find out…
