Character's Appearance:
Standing at one hundred and seventy-five centimeters tall and weighing in at fifty-three kilograms, Fiscal is pretty average in height and weight. His hair is somewhat ivory in color, maybe a bit more darker. Large strands of his hair hangs over the left side of his face, while a smaller amount of strands hang over the right. the rest of his hair is kept in a ponytail. His skin is tan from all the time he spends out at see, and his eyes are a dark blue color.
His upper body consists of a thin, lavender turtleneck, barely able to keep a person warm. Over it is a violet sweat jacket that has a hood, made of the same thin material. Altogether, they feel like two T-Shirts. Over the jacket he wears a brown vest that is made from a leather-like material. Should he fall over board, the brown vest acts as a floating device. The only time he takes it off is usually when he goes diving.
His lower half consists of nicely-fit white pants, made from the same material as jeans. They are easy to swim in and much easier to run and walk in. Other things on his being are brown leather gloves and black leather boots. He also has a yellow bag that is held to him by a yellow strap that hugs his waist. He uses it for the storage of small items and treasures he buys, steals or finds.
Character's Personality:
Fiscal is mostly known by others for what some call impressive bravery and courage while others call it sheer stupidity. He jumps into things a lot and can be quite impulsive, but he is a kind and warm hearted person, always wearing a smile on his face. He never looks down on others, thinking everyone deserves their own respect.
While he prefers to be independent, he finds no difficulty in accepting the help of others. Fiscal is usually seen with a congenial attitude, although he can be dead serious when the situation calls for it. Undeterred by his carefree attitude, his manner of speaking is generally polite, even though it is sarcastic at times. Some find him to be confusing because of this. In fact, sometimes he'll speak light-heartedly of even the most severe situations.
Character's History:
Fiscal's life began on a ship. His mother was the wife of a Pirate named Shrike Vangas, who was the first-mate of the ship. He and the Captain were very close friends, ever since child hood. He was afraid of having his wife on the ship, since the Captain's wife had a child during a storm, but the boy turned out fine so he decided it didn't really matter. In fact, a year after the Captain's son was born, Shrike's wife had Fiscal. The difference was, Fiscal was born in fair wheather.
When Fiscal turned five, he was allowed to move about the ship without watch. He and the Captain's son, who was six by then, would always cross paths on the ship and usually play together, forming a close friendship. While the Captain's son always got into trouble for curiousity, Fiscal usually got into trouble for recklessness. Of course, his recklessness trouble off of the ship as well.
At the age of eight, when the ship was docked, he wandered into a forest. He was attacked by a wolf and, with nothing but a large tree branch, he managed to scare it off. Proud of the accomplishment, he had the large branch carved into a wooden sword. He also had the remainders carved into a wooden dagger. Finding blades interesting, Fiscal had his father teach him how to wield a sword and a dagger. During his tutelage in the way of using a sword, his father gave him a bastard sword. It only took four years for Fiscal to master the sword, as it was a basic one.
By that time, the Captain's son had become proficient in the use of his scimitar. He would constantly challenge the son to sword duels, usually ending in draws or the Captain's son winning. The next year, Fiscal got his parent's consent to leave the ship. He had to go have his own experiences and live his own life. They reluctantly let him go, hoping he'd become one of the greatest pirates that Bluehaven held. He spent the first year on land, fighting wild animals and learning to fend for himself with nothing but the bastard sword his father gave him.
He later joined a crew of pirates who, while not as good as his old one, were still pretty good. He spent years working under his new captain until the day they were attacked. The ship was blown to pieces and everyone was assumed to die. Fiscal, however, was able to use his cabin bed as a float to the nearest town. It was there, at the age of fifteen, he was reunited with the Captain's son Damien, a friend he had not seen for nearly four years. Without hesitation, Damien let Fiscal join his crew. Now, he serves as Damien's first mate and best friend.
