Race Appearance: The Werewolves of Draum are not at all like your typical werewolves. The werewolves stand upright like humanoids and males range between 6'5" to 8'2" while females range from 6' to 7'5". Their fur colors range between white, silver and black even brown and can often be several colors but their patterns always look wolf like. They walk on their hind back legs and have human like hands that still have paw pads and long claw like nails. Their faces are long like a wolf snout resembling an anthro and even grow human like hair on their heads. They have large wolf bushy tails and pointed upright ears most of the time. They often barely wear any clothes if any at all.
Race Description: Unlike other werewolves, the werewolves of Draum are unable to take human form again after being bitten. Most werewolves are born into it, and even have barbaric like family clans that move from place to place. Only during the fool moon do werewolves being feral and are completely out of control of their own minds. Some so violent they would kill their own family if they got in the way.
It's during this time they often bite humanoids and turn them against their will. It is also a time where more often then not they take humanoid women against their will but don't bite them. Humanoid women often end up carrying half werewolves because of this and are victims of this even when they aren't feral. Some males prefer their life mate to be humanoid and will take her away were she is claimed but not bitten and half breeds are raised. Half breeds are not uncommon and have no feral forms on full moons.
It's a male's objective to mate for life, were as females care a lot less if they reproduce or not. Even male's with life mate's have been known to occasionally wonder off and spread his line among humanoid women before returning to his mate. The females hunt for the family but it's not uncommon for the male's to do this task as well. Males are the head of his pack ( family ) and can reproduce up to a hundred times in his long life time. How long a werewolf can live is unknown but have lived well beyond a thousand years.
