Race Description: Upper body torso is that of a person, though skin is very pale, and the side of the torso are lined with scales usually the same color, as the fishy half of bottom. They have fin like ears, and usually ocean colored hair greens blues reds, usually all sorts of colors.
Females are usually brightly colored when it comes to their scales, and have webbed fingers and are usually dressed in pearls or other sea life. While males who also have webbed fingers have shark bottoms, usually much more subtle in colors such as grays grayish greens. They have fins on the sides of their arms to help them swim faster, and dorsal fins on their back.
Race Description: They live underwater in finra cities. They are not exactly what you consider nice mer-people if they could they will kill you it is why hardly any one sails the oceans. Males are heavily violent, while female are incredibly alluring and will quite literally make you drown your self. They are very loyal to each other and do not have a set government, and do as they please.
They do have a human form which can’t use until they are 16. But when in human form they loose all abilities until they change back.
